A classic game of Sokoban has had a facelift and got a new name: Kurtan! Yes, it's the old concept of crate pushing, but with some new ideas, much better graphics but, sadly, no sound at all (at least ... various other items. What makes this game special? The language used in the game - it's Russian, or better to say Georgian (the game comes from Tbilisi, capital of Georgia, former USSR republic).
The Mystery of the Surface is a decent Dig Dug / Pac-Man clone from Russian developer DOKA. Your goal: get rid of all the dirt on screen by digging through it. While you do this, enemy robots begin to ... that brings the addiction of Dig Dug to a new level. The game is in Russian, but there so little text you need to read it doesn't matter much ;) Worth a look for arcade fans, but not truly timeless.
