Review 1: Whoa yeah - International Karate + - that brings back memories. One of my favorite games on my Amiga - a great concept and very good gameplay make this one the best Karate-Game I know. Always ... Two players also can play against eachother and the computer. The game is so small, that 2 other bonus games fitted on the disk (Return of the Jedi, Driller), you can select between them on boot.
Conversion of the arcade game. Also know as "Ikari", this game is a vertical scrolling action shooter, very similar to Commando (also from Elite). One or two player has to fight their way through the jungle, rivers and eliminate the enemy. You can find different weapons such as machine guns, grenades, and rocket launchers.
Popular platform game, converted from the C64. In Impossamole you have to help a bat hero to escape from the cave. But be careful the catacombs are full of skeletons, traps and other nasties. The Impossamole music is also very famous.
2nd episode of the well known game from C64. You have 8 hours to prevent Elvin, a psychotic genius from destroying the world. Enter the tower fortress, avoid Elvin's evil robots, assemble security combinations ... tower, recover musical sequences and tie them together into a full melody to reach Elvin's central control room. Unfortunately the Amiga version is poor in graphics and sound compared with the C64.
Next generation of the famous Impossible Mission game, which was a big hit on the C64. The 2025 edition features three characters, many new futuristic levels with detailed graphics and good music. You can also launch the Classical Impossible Mission, it's integrated into the game.
Indiana Jones and the fate of Atlantis is a game attempt at creating an adventure game with a decent level of replay ability. There are three "paths" you can take, TEAM, WITS and FISTS, and which ... keyboard and take a swing). In the end, Indiana Jones and the fate of Atlantis is a moderately interesting game with a decent story and tolerable puzzles. But you might prefer renting the movies.
Vector graphics based indianapolis auto simulator. Simple, but (on an A1200) very fast game.
If you enjoy business sims then this is definitely the right game for you. You're an investor with a rather large sum of money and a complete freedom of investing it in any of the offered areas. There's a lot you can do in game, but, I repeat, you'll like this game only if you like business sims. German language only.
The first episode of the Ishar trilogy. A well equipped role playing game, with nice graphics. Apparently there are 20,000 locations and 160,000 views. It's not an easy game to play, orientation is sometimes difficult.
Latest Ishar game. It's a very good and hard role playing game, one of the classics on Amiga. You see the landscape from an internal (Doom like) view, and can move by clicking the direction buttons. Arm your character with weapons, use many of available objects... Fine AGA graphics, sound, and long gameplay.
Review 1: A very good adventure strategy game. A little town out in the desert is about to get it's biggest surprise ever as it's about to be overrun by giant ants. And of course you are the only one ... inspiration from the many cult horror movies of the 50's and 60's. You are a geologist and have to examine the crash-site of a mysterious meteor, but what you find is not what you were looking for...
People used to like this game a lot when it was released in 1990. I had no chance to play it back then (high software prices made me carefully select the games) but when I finally did i found this game ... armed with a sword and a shield. The graphics are cartoonish and cute, but too many colors were used and it doesn't look as good as it could have been. If you like arcades you might like Ivanhoe.
